Product Manager, Game Systems

As a Product Manager for the game development you will help us design the gaming future, you should think like a player as well as business owner and must be able to translate player behaviors into KPIs and translate the KPIs into revenue enhancing decisions. The Product Manager’s mission is to drive financial performance of the game forward, in close collaboration with data analyst and marketing team.


  • Owns and drive product and roadmap for the gaming market. As a owner, you will be tasked with managing and mentoring a team

  • Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of gaming economy trends using data insights and strong gaming acumen to impact top line KPIs

  • Define, design and manage game features that further the overall strategic vision of the product including maximizing acquisition, engagement and monetization

  • Work with designers, mathematicians and developers and articulate your vision to the teams and management

  • Lead the entire product life-cycle, including planning, grooming, support, product approval and launch

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects

  • Worked in a fast-paced AGUILE development environment

  • Self-motived team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day

  • Open to feedback and thinks outside of the box


  • 2+ years’ experience in the gaming and/or gambling industry

  • BS degree in a technology-related field

  • Experience working with Agile Development – an advantage

  • Strong, oral, and written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent team member, having a strong presence with the talent

  • Ability to work in tight schedule

  • Experience with Slot Game Design – an advantage
